Position: Production Engineer

Location: Gloucester

My client who are a globally recognised manufacturing business are seeking an experienced Production Engineer. The role will be working within a fast paced manufacturing environment.

Role and Responsibilities – Production Engineer

In this role you will be responsible for overseeing manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency and making sure quality is of the highest standard. Other responsibilities include:

  • Design, implement, and optimise production processes to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Monitor and analyse production data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage within production schedules and coordinate with supply chain and planning teams.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during production.

Experience or Qualifications – Production Engineer

  • Degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience / Knowledge of working within a CNC machinery environment
  • Experience with Six Sigma methodologies
  • Proficiency in SOLIDWORKS 3D CAD software

Key Responsibilities- Inventory Coordinator
