Location: Haresfield (GL10)

Salary: £12.71 per hour

Working hours: Earlies 05:30- 13:45 (Friday 12:30) and Lates 14:00- 23:00 (Friday 13:00- 17:00), weekly rotation

We have a great opportunity to work for a market leading water treatment business at their purpose built Head Office in Haresfield.

General Maintenance Technician

My client is on the lookout for a Maintenance Technician to join the team.

You'll carry out a range of planned and reactive maintenance tasks, including building fabric repairs, groundworks, and basic plumbing. You'll ensure all assigned sites remain safe, compliant, and operational. The role is mobile and will cover a number of sites.

Key Responsibilities – Maintenance Technician

General building fabric maintenance – e.g. Basic Joinery, Painting, Basic plumbing and minor floor repairs (Tiling and Vinyl)Carry out hard landscaping/groundwork tasks: laying slabs, minor brickwork repairs, block paving, kerbs, concreting, tarmac repairs and fencingHVAC filter cleaningMaintain clear and accurate documentationIdentify issues beyond repair, undertake survey and escalate with recommendationsWork collaboratively with the wider team to uphold site standards

Qualifications & Experience – Maintenance Technician

NVQ or City & Guilds in a relevant tradeMulti trade background

Qualifications & Experience – Mobile Support Pest Technician

Royal Society of Health Cert in Pest Control or British Pest Control Association Diploma’s Part 1 and 2. Experience within a pest control environment
