Position: Quality Assurance Manager

My client, a global manufacturing business are on the hunt for a QA Manager to head up the Quality Assurance function of the business.

Role and Responsibilities – Quality Assurance Manager
In this role, you will lead and make sure that the companies processes ensure their products meet the highest standards of quality.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining Quality assurance processes
  • Ensure efficient, effective and compliant QMS process
  • Overseeing compliant investigations, internal audits and change management
  • Look to maintain the ISO13485 certification

Experience or Qualifications – Quality Assurance Manager

  • Degree educated in a relevant subject associated to engineering, medical technology or equivalent
  • Knowledge of ISO 13485 Quality System and FDA Quality System requirements essential
  • Experience of Quality Tools including 8D, CAPA, 5 Why, PCDA and 5S
  • Experience of complaint investigation and resolution

My client is on the lookout for an experienced HVAC Technician to join the team. You will have the opportunity to work on one of their leading supermarket contracts.

Key Responsibilities – Commercial Gas Engineer

Complete the PPM agreed schedule ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and to the laid-down procedures. To respond (promptly and positively) to service call/alarm requests from the central Helpdesk and to assess the requirements of the job and carry out repairs as necessary within agreed timescales and response times. Updating the call and job status afterwards.Carry out service and maintenance on HVAC assets including but not limited to air handling units with gas fired heating, LPHW, DX coils, heat pump systems, single split air conditioning, LPHW boilers, pumps, inverters, DHW boilers, and water chillers.To identify non-repairable faults in plant and machinery and promptly advise the Line Manager of findings and to make recommendations to the Line Manager regarding suitable replacement.All completed within our Health, Safety & Environmental policies
