My client, a global manufacturing business are on the hunt for a QA Manager to head up the Quality Assurance function of the business.

Role and Responsibilities – Quality Assurance Manager
In this role, you will lead and make sure that the companies processes ensure their products meet the highest standards of quality.

Other responsibilities include:

Responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining Quality assurance processesEnsure efficient, effective and compliant QMS processOverseeing compliant investigations, internal audits and change managementLook to maintain the ISO13485 certification

Experience or Qualifications – Quality Assurance Manager

Degree educated in a relevant subject associated to engineering, medical technology or equivalentKnowledge of ISO 13485 Quality System and FDA Quality System requirements essentialExperience of Quality Tools including 8D, CAPA, 5 Why, PCDA and 5SExperience of complaint investigation and resolution

Refrigeration Engineer

Peterborough/Milton Keynes

£51,287.99 (salary including on call standby 1:4 + 8% SLA)

My client is on the lookout for an experienced Refrigeration Engineer to join the team. You will have the opportunity to work on one of their leading supermarket contracts.

The role will involve maintaining, servicing and repairing Refrigeration Equipment in customer locations and provide assistance to HVAC equipment containing refrigeration circuits.

Key Responsibilities – Refrigeration Engineer

Prioritise maintenance and repair work to achieve agreed timescales and response times. Identify non-repairable faults promptly advise the Line manager of findings, with recommendations regarding suitable replacements. To ensure PPM schedules are completed within agreed timescales and that all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and to the laid-down procedures.Ensure that all technical and compliance paperwork is always completed and up to date. To order and fit parts or components as prescribed by company procedures.To advise the GSMs of any repair, maintenance and installation issues that are likely to affect the smooth running of the store and to build rapport and promote the spirit of partnership with all GSM’s.To carry out surveys and complete reports as required by the refrigeration supervisor/ RFM.

Pest Control Technician

My client is on the lookout for an experienced Mobile Pest Control Technician to join the team. You will have the opportunity to work on one of their leading supermarket contracts.

The role will involve support to the Pest Control Technician when either proactive or reactive pest issues are identified within stores, supermarkets, depots and living sites. 

Key Responsibilities – Pest Control Technician

Carry out by Pest Proofing and prevent and/or control pest infestation at allocated ASDA Stores and Distribution centres.Cover any planned preventative maintenance (PPM) visits for pest control when required by the business and approved by the National Pest Control Manager or Pest Operations Manager.Respond promptly to genuine emergency call outs from the ASDA Helpdesk.Complete reports and communicate on a daily basis with store colleagues and line manager.Carry out any onsite training with ASDA colleaguesTo maintain accurate Time Sheets and Mileage Logs as required.Maintain and keep vehicle and equipment supplied in good working condition.To ensure sign off of completed works by Asda To attend training courses as and where necessary and to ensure personal job skills keep pace with technical and business developments.

Mobile Maintenance Electrician

York/Hull

£41,324.95 (Inclusive of Standby (1:4 x 13 Periods) & Competency Payment of £1,500)

My client is on the lookout for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join the team. You will have the opportunity to work on one of their leading supermarket contracts.

The role will involve maintaining and repairing a range of electrical, mechanical and catering equipment in retail outlets, undertaking regular planned store visits to complete reactive work, PPMs and minor repairs as requested by the customer.

Key Responsibilities – Mobile Maintenance Electrician

Complete the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule within agreed timescales and to ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately. Deliver reactive and planned catering and bakery equipment maintenanceConduct emergency lighting and fire alarm tests and repairs.Complete general repairs and maintenance to customer sitesIdentify non-repairable faults in plant and machinery and promptly advise the Line Manager of findings, with recommendations regarding suitable replacement.
