Duties - Associate Electronics Engineer

  • Design and develop innovative electronic products
  • Lead component selection, integration, and validation activities
  • Deliver full lifecycle electronic design
  • Support and improve existing designs
  • Lead and contribute to APQP processes, FMEA reviews, and risk assessments
  • Create and execute Design Verification Plans.
  • Produce clear technical reports and maintain accurate engineering documentation
  • Investigate and resolve hardware issues across development and production
  • Drive continuous improvement in processes and product performance

 

Background - Associate Electronics Engineer

  • Analogue & digital circuit design experience
  • Experience with CAN/CAN FD systems
  • Proficiency in schematic capture and PCB layout tools
  • Ability to perform component-level fault diagnosis
  • Degree qualified (BEng or equivalent) in Electronics Engineering

Duties – Logistics Coordinator

• Create and manage delivery documentation, including delivery notes, commercial invoices, and shipping paperwork.
• Operate and update data in SAP, ensuring accuracy and alignment with logistics and supply chain processes.
• Work closely with Quality, Logistics, Warehouse, and Project Management teams to support operational requirements and resolve issues.
• Monitor and track shipments, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and logs for all logistics activities.
• Prepare and analyse data using Excel
• Follows up with customers and freight forwarders.

My client is a global leader within the automation and packing industry who offer end to end manufacturing solutions to their clients

They are now on the lookout for an experience Multiskilled Field Service Technician to join their team and work across the Central Region of the UK.

The Planned Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing preventative maintenance on equipment at customer sites in accordance with service contract requirements. The role also involves supporting installations, overhauls, and retrofits of machinery, as well as chamber machine servicing and repairs. This position plays a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction, promoting aftersales products, and ensuring optimal equipment performance.

Key Responsibilities – Field Service Engineer

Carry out scheduled preventative maintenance as per service contracts.Assist Field Service Technicians with installation of new machines.Support overhaul and retrofit activities on existing equipment.Perform chamber machine servicing and repairs when required.Prepare accurate reports of work undertaken for internal and customer use.Advise customers on spare parts requirements and promote aftersales products.Maintain and develop strong customer relationships.Undertake special tasks as reasonably requested by the Field Service Manager.

Qualifications & Experience – Field Service Engineer

Strong technical understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.Previous experience in preventative maintenance or field service roles.Experience in working on packaging machinery or similar – food, recycling, FMCGFormal engineering qualification (NVQ, HNC, or equivalent).Willingness to travel and stay overnight as required.

The Aftermarket Programme Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of all aftermarket customer commitments within the Part 145 part of the organisation, ensuring operational, commercial, and technical performance across a portfolio of products and services.

Other responsibilities include:
