We are now seeking a CNC Milling setters to work for an Engineering & Manufacturing company based in Tewkesbury. The appropriate candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating the CNC milling machines with Fanuc controls to manufacture precision engineering products.
Responsibilities:
- Setting and operating CNC 5 axis Milling machines with Fanuc controls
- Working on technical engineering drawings
- Working with aluminium and stainless steel
- Ability to use measuring tools
- Ensuring excellent quality through the inspection of parts using measuring equipment such as gauges, verniers and micrometres.
Requirement:
- Ideally, previous experience in setting and operating CNC Milling machines with Fanuc or Haas controls
- Ability to change tools and adjust offsets
- Ability to use measuring tools
