Working closely with Sales, Technical, Marketing, and Leadership teams, you will play a pivotal role in shaping product strategy, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring customers receive innovative, high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities - Product Manager

Own and develop the product portfolio, driving growth, profitability, and market share.Create and deliver product strategies and roadmaps aligned to customer and business requirements.Lead new product launches, ensuring successful introduction to the market.Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and risks.Work closely with Sales, Technical, and Marketing teams to maximise product performance and customer value.Act as the product specialist, providing technical and commercial support to customers and colleagues.Develop and deliver product training to improve product knowledge across the business.Support continuous improvement by driving product enhancements and resolving product-related issues.Ensure products comply with relevant industry standards and specifications.

Skills & Experience - Product Manager

Experience in Product Management, Technical Sales, Product Engineering, or a similar role within an engineering environment.Strong understanding of mechanical products, valves, fittings, fluid control, or related technologies.Commercially aware with experience managing product performance and market opportunities.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Technical or engineering background, supported by practical project management experience.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficient with Microsoft Office and business systems such as ERP or CRM platforms.

The Role - CMM Inspector

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Quality Inspector to join a busy and thriving aerospace manufacturing business in Gloucester.

You will be responsible for inspecting parts and assemblies and working with various stakeholders to take appropriate action on non-conformities identified during inspection.

You’ll be working in a brand new, expanding facility under the guidance of a fantastic team.

 

Responsibilities - CMM Inspector

Dimensional and visual inspection of parts and assembliesConducting electronic part acceptance and rejection transactionsPresenting and discussing nonconformities with the teamPreparing non-conformity reportsInspecting non-conforming partsParticipating in investigations and problem-solving tasksParticipating in Gauge R&R studies

 

Background - CMM Inspector

CMM Hands on experience (PC-DMIS)Experience in inspecting GD&T symbolsExperience with inspection techniques and various measuring instruments and gauges.Knowledge/experience in inspecting parts from speciality processes

My client is on the lookout for an experienced HVAC Technician to join the team. You will have the opportunity to work on one of their leading supermarket contracts.

Key Responsibilities – Commercial Gas Engineer

Complete the PPM agreed schedule ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and to the laid-down procedures. To respond (promptly and positively) to service call/alarm requests from the central Helpdesk and to assess the requirements of the job and carry out repairs as necessary within agreed timescales and response times. Updating the call and job status afterwards.Carry out service and maintenance on HVAC assets including but not limited to air handling units with gas fired heating, LPHW, DX coils, heat pump systems, single split air conditioning, LPHW boilers, pumps, inverters, DHW boilers, and water chillers.To identify non-repairable faults in plant and machinery and promptly advise the Line Manager of findings and to make recommendations to the Line Manager regarding suitable replacement.All completed within our Health, Safety & Environmental policies

Qualifications & Experience – Commercial Gas Engineer

You will hold recognized Commercial Gas qualifications – you will have at least 4 of the following qualifications: COCN1, CIGA1, CORT1, TPCP1, TPCP1A, ICPN1, CENWAT, CPA1, CDGA1, CCP1F Gas (2079) qualified17th or 18th Edition (Desirable)Unvented Water Heaters – HWSS Hot Water Systems & Safety (including G3 Unvented HWS) – Essential
