My client is on the lookout for an experienced Mobile Maintenance Technician to join the team. You will have the opportunity to work on one of their leading supermarket contracts.

The role will involve carrying out non-technical repairs and minor PPM&'s. You will also assist in carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, electrical, and mechanical plant works at various sites within the designated region. 

Key Responsibilities – Mobile Maintenance Technician

Assist other Technicians with any major or minor maintenance work.Complete all necessary PPM’s and reactive maintenance schedules within agreed timescales and to ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and as required.Responding promptly and positively to service call requests from the Helpdesk and to assess the requirements of the job and carry out repairs as necessary.Prioritising and completing minor maintenance and repair work to agreed timescales.Ensuring all tools and equipment necessary to complete minor maintenance and repairs are available and serviceable at all times.

Qualifications & Experience – Mobile Maintenance Technician

City & Guilds / NVQ trade qualification (Carpentry / Plumbing / Roofing) – PreferrablePrevious experience in building maintenance within a commercial / retail environment

The Bid Manager is responsible for supporting bid strategy, processes and team activity to secure new business and retain existing contracts through high-quality, winning tender submissions. Experience in bid, tender or proposal management.Experience in a senior management role leading teams and influencing stakeholders at a senior level.Proven leadership of a complex bid or tender function within a multi-sector or B2B environment.Strong commercial acumen with experience influencing pricing strategies and contractual terms.Demonstrable track record of improving win rates and bid performance.Experience using CRM and bid management systems, ideally Salesforce.Ability to balance strategic thinking with delivery in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and influencing skills across technical, operational and commercial audiences.Experience within Facilities Management, Security, Cleaning or related service sectors. Role and Responsibilities – Proposals & Project Engineer
This role is crucial to delivering on high end projects to key markets within the business and UK market. It will look to manage technical sales proposals and support project delivery.

Other responsibilities include:

Contribute to the scoping and definition of turnkey solutions, ensuring customer requirements are clearly defined, understood, and met.Develop project objectives by reviewing proposals and plans and conferring with management.Assist and support the Project Manager in developing integrated system layouts using 2D CAD.Control project plans by reviewing designs, specifications, and schedule changes, and recommending actions.
