Position: Product Line Engineering Manager

My client, a leading force within aerospace manufacturing are on the hunt for an Product Line Engineering Manager to join the team in Deeside.

Role and Responsibilities – Product Line Engineering Manager 
In this role you will look to lead a team of engineers across 2 main sites within the UK, being responsible for functional performance in all key areas of the business.

Other responsibilities include:

Responsible for contributing to the development measures that allow the health of the key business processes to be assessed, meet or exceed goals, and improvedResponsible for new business proposals. Includes proposal development, market awareness, customer relationship building, and developing new strategies for winning new contractsCoaching and improving engineers at all levels – making sure KPIs throughout the business are achieved Responsible for new product development from contract award through to introduction of new products in the supply chain. This requires measuring and meeting cost, schedule, and performance.

Experience or Qualifications – Product Line Engineering Manager

Highly extensive experience in leading engineering teams (ideally within an aerospace / defence environment)Degree level educated within engineering or aerospaceDetailed examples of improving an engineering teams culture and work ethicExperince within a multi-site business and travelling to work with suppliers / partners

Position: CNC Miller

Location: Tewkesbury

Type of work: permanent

Salary: £36,5000 per annum

Working hours: 7:45 - 4:45pm Mon – Thurs and 7:45 – 12:45pm Fri

We are now seeking a CNC Milling setters to work for an Engineering & Manufacturing company based in Tewkesbury. The appropriate candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating the CNC milling machines with Fanuc controls to manufacture precision engineering products.

Responsibilities:

Setting and operating CNC 5 axis Milling machines with Fanuc controlsWorking on technical engineering drawingsWorking with aluminium and stainless steelAbility to use measuring toolsEnsuring excellent quality through the inspection of parts using measuring equipment such as gauges, verniers and micrometres.

Requirement:
