Therefore, full training will be provided — what matters most is your ability to listen, advise and sell with integrity, in a people-focused manner.Key Responsibilities - Interior Sales Designer
Meet trade customers and homeowners to understand project goals and aspirationsApply a consultative selling approach — listening first, advising secondCreate tailored interior designs using design software (full training provided)Prepare accurate quotations and costingsManage projects from initial enquiry through to completionCollaborate closely with depot colleagues to ensure smooth ordering, delivery and installationMaintain high standards of customer service, product knowledge and ethical practiceContribute positively to a strong team culture and shared performance goals
Skills & Experience Required - Interior Sales Designer
Experience in design, retail, showroom, or consultative sales environments preferredStrong interpersonal and relationship-building skillsTeam-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across departmentsProfessional, ethical and customer-focused approachConfidence using or learning design softwareOrganised and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneouslyFull UK driving licence preferred (pool car available if required)
