Due to internal promotion, we are searching for an exceptional Site Leader to take ownership of a medium-sized fast-paced manufacturing operation where performance, people, customer service, safety, and continuous improvement sit firmly at the top of the agenda. This site operations leadership role is ideal for an established Site Lead, Senior Plant Manager, Operations Director, Factory General Manager, or an ambitious operational leader, ready for their next career step.

Role Responsibilities - Site Lead

  • Leading end-to-end site performance
  • Responsible for the strategic operational leadership of the manufacturing site, ensuring the safe, efficient and high-quality delivery of FMCG products, while embedding a strong values-led culture
  • A key member of the UK senior leadership team, the role ensures alignment to the company vision, driving performance through teamwork, engagement, quality, and customer value
  • Driving a culture of safety, engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Delivering operational excellence across production, engineering, supply, quality, and people
  • Building high-performing leadership teams
  • Lead improvement initiatives through to completion, to ensure high performance and continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with appropriate regulations, company standards to contribute to product safety for customers
  • Deliver profit through operational leadership to contribute to the commercial success
  • Managing significant budgets and performance metrics
  • Improving productivity, service, quality, and cost performance
  • Acting as the face of the site for customers, stakeholders, and senior leadership
  • Formulating and implementing the Manufacturing plan to drive performance improvement
  • Creating a strong customer service culture in your site to ensure high-quality production
  • Listen to, inspire, and develop your team on your site, creating an environment that empowers them to perform at their best and support their development

Role Requirements – Site Lead

  • Experience leading manufacturing operations within FMCG, food, beverage, consumer goods, packaging, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, or other complex manufacturing environments
  • A track record of delivering results through people
  • Senior leadership experience in FMCG manufacturing, ideally own label and retailer experience
  • Strong background in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
  • Experience driving cultural and behavioural change across operational teams
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and industry expertise to run a world class operation
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to create a people driven culture
  • The ability to drive performance improvement and be able to think outside the box to come up with new innovative ideas
  • The ability to build relationships with a broad range of stakeholders right up to Board level
  • Strong commercial and operational awareness
  • Experience managing change and driving transformation
  • The resilience to operate in time-sensitive, high-pressure environments

Compliance and Assurance Administrator required by industry leading company, based near Cirencester.  We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual with strong Excel skills, an interest in data and management information reporting, and a natural aptitude for problem solving. Main Duties: Compliance and Assurance Administrator

Producing regular management information (MI) reports, including data analysis, trend identification, and reporting insights.Supporting the administration of the complaints process, ensuring accurate record keeping and timely follow-up.Assisting with the monitoring of customer cases and operational risk events.Administration of the Quality Assurance Framework and maintaining associated records and documentation.Coordinating training activities and maintaining accurate training records.Providing general administrative support to the Operations Assurance team as required.Contributing to the production and maintenance of internal communications, publications, and reporting materials.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following : Compliance and Assurance Administrator

Previous experience in a similar administrative, operational, compliance, quality assurance, or equivalent support role, or transferable experience from a related environment.Experience working effectively within a team environment.Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate confidently with people at all levels.Excellent organisational skills and a methodical approach to work.High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.Ability to remain calm and effective when working to deadlines and under pressure.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint,An interest in data analysis and management information reporting

Working hours: 37.5 hours       

One week Monday – Friday 06.00 -14.00, second week Monday – Thursday 14.00-22.00, Friday 06.00- 14.00, 30 minutes unpaid lunch break each day

We are now seeking Mechanical Fitter to carry out mechanical assembly of pumps with either an electric motor or diesel engine. The appropriate candidate would have previous experience in working within mechanical assembly or mechanical fitting environment.

                               

Responsibilities:

Build bare shaft pumps to engineering drawings.Assemble diesel skid sets to engineering drawings and bill of material listing.Assemble electric skid sets to engineering drawings and bill of material listing.Raise any assembly issues with QA engineer and supervisor.Fill in production data books with project critical information requested.Complete check sheets.Comply with health, safety, and environmental rules as detailed in risk assessments and COSHH sheets.Communication with peer group e.g. when working on a project build together / across shifts.Communication with test e.g. that a pump is ready for test on the well.

Requirements:

Recognised engineering apprenticeship, NVQ3 or equivalent and 3 years of experience or previous experience in fitting.Read engineering drawingsAbility to work double day shift.

My client is on the lookout for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join the team. You will have the opportunity to work on one of their leading supermarket contracts.

The role will involve maintaining and repairing a range of electrical, mechanical and catering equipment in retail outlets, undertaking regular planned store visits to complete reactive work, PPMs and minor repairs as requested by the customer.

Key Responsibilities – Mobile Maintenance Electrician

Complete the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule within agreed timescales and to ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately. Deliver reactive and planned catering and bakery equipment maintenanceConduct emergency lighting and fire alarm tests and repairs.Complete general repairs and maintenance to customer sitesIdentify non-repairable faults in plant and machinery and promptly advise the Line Manager of findings, with recommendations regarding suitable replacement.

Qualifications & Experience – Mobile Maintenance Electrician

NVQ Level 3/City and guilds 236 Part 1 + 2 or equivalent in electrical installation/Maintenance. City and Guilds 18th Edition.AM2 / 2391

On Offer – Mobile Maintenance Electrician

£41,324.95 (Inclusive of Standby (1:4 x 13 Periods) & Competency Payment) + overtime + travel timeIncludes a £1,500 competency payment will be added to the basic salary upon completion of electrical fault training for catering and bakery equipment. Mechanical or Electrical Engineering qualification, apprenticeship, HNC/HND, or equivalent industry experience.Background within industrial maintenance, field service, engineering services, reliability, repairs, refurbishment, or capital equipment.Strong customer-facing and relationship-building skills.Ability to understand technical requirements and provide practical engineering solutions.Commercial awareness and strong communication skills.Previous experience in technical sales, account management, or business development would be advantageous but is not essential.Full UK Driving Licence.Willingness to travel throughout the UK and Europe.
