Role Duties & Responsibilities - Mechanical Engineering Technician

  • Join a modern, automated factory environment and use your mechanical engineering experience to:
  • Maintain, service, and repair a range of production machinery – including motors, gearboxes, high-speed packaging lines, and conveyors
  • Conduct proactive and reactive mechanical fault finding
  • Lead planned and preventative maintenance activities

What We’re Looking For: Mechanical Engineering Technician

  • We value military-trained engineers who’ve been tested in high-pressure environments. Ideally, you’ll have:
  • NVQ Level 3 / ONC / C&G in Mechanical Engineering (or Armed Forces trade equivalent: REME, RAF, or Royal Navy training)
  • Strong fault-finding and mechanical repair skills
  • Experience with pneumatics and fast-moving machinery (advantageous but not essential)
  • A proactive, team-focused attitude with a hunger to learn and grow
