Position: Aftermarket Programme Manager
Location: Deeside, Flintshire

My client, a leading force within aerospace manufacturing are on the hunt for a Aftermarket Programme Manager to join the team in Deeside.

Role and Responsibilities – Aftermarket Programme Manager 
The Aftermarket Programme Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of all aftermarket customer commitments within the Part 145 part of the organisation, ensuring operational, commercial, and technical performance across a portfolio of products and services.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Act as the primary customer contact for all in-service Part 145 programme matters, providing clear updates, recovery plans, and communication of technical or commercial issues.
  • Ensure all aftermarket activities maintain safety, airworthiness, and configuration control of delivered products.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Supply Chain to ensure repair flow, turnaround time (TAT), spares availability, and delivery performance meet customer expectations, in a Part 145 Environment.
  • Promote a strong safety and airworthiness culture, ensuring no operational decisions compromise product integrity.

Experience or Qualifications – Aftermarket Programme Manager 

  • Proven experience in programme or project management within the aerospace industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams in engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain.
  • Experience managing financial performance, risks, and complex stakeholder environments.
  • Experience delivering Part 145 aftermarket or MRO engineering support programmes

The successful candidate will take ownership of estimates, working closely with a small, established customer base across Yorkshire and providing a high level of commercial and technical support.

Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator within the water sector Strong knowledge of water infrastructure and AMP frameworks Ability to produce high-quality estimates independently Strong communication skills with a customer-facing approach Comfortable working in a fully office-based role in Castleford Able to hit the ground running - this is not a training role 

Desirable:

 

Experience working with Tier 1 contractors (e.g. Kier, Bentleys) Previous experience working on AMP frameworks Strong commercial awareness and understanding of pricing strategies

They are now on the lookout for an experience Multiskilled Field Service Technician to join their team and work across the Central Region of the UK.

The Planned Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing preventative maintenance on equipment at customer sites in accordance with service contract requirements. The role also involves supporting installations, overhauls, and retrofits of machinery, as well as chamber machine servicing and repairs. This position plays a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction, promoting aftersales products, and ensuring optimal equipment performance.

Key Responsibilities – Field Service Engineer

Carry out scheduled preventative maintenance as per service contracts.Assist Field Service Technicians with installation of new machines.Support overhaul and retrofit activities on existing equipment.Perform chamber machine servicing and repairs when required.Prepare accurate reports of work undertaken for internal and customer use.Advise customers on spare parts requirements and promote aftersales products.Maintain and develop strong customer relationships.Undertake special tasks as reasonably requested by the Field Service Manager.

Qualifications & Experience – Field Service Engineer
