This onsite role offers excellent exposure to stakeholders across the business, giving you real impact across the full contract lifecycle.

 

Main Duties - Contract Specialist

  • Support bid / no-bid decisions through commercial and contractual analysis
  • Review and develop responses to Requests for Proposal (RFPs)
  • Manage contracts across the full lifecycle, ensuring compliance with commercial and customer requirements
  • Conduct detailed contract risk reviews and implement mitigation strategies
  • Negotiate pricing, terms and conditions, and contractual agreements
  • Handle complex customer correspondence, including claims and disputes
  • Administer major contracts, tracking performance, delivery schedules, and obligations
  • Maintain accurate contract documentation and change control records
  • Support programme planning and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Monitor performance and proactively recommend commercial and contractual improvements
  • Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members

 

The Ideal Candidate - Contract Specialist

  • Degree qualified (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience working within contracts, commercial, or programme environments
  • Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management
  • Proven experience in contract negotiation and stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to manage complex commercial agreements

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Job Title: Injection Moulding Technician

Salary: £16.50 per hour (+ £3.00 night shift premium)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Injection Moulding Technician to join a busy and forward-thinking manufacturing environment.

Reporting to the Technical Manager, you will be responsible for setting and running moulding production orders, ensuring consistent high-quality output. You'll play a key role in achieving Right First Time and Just in Time manufacturing, working with advanced moulding techniques and standardised processes.

 

Key Responsibilities

Set and condition injection mould tools to meet production requirementsRun production orders using pre-set programmes, monitoring output quality throughout the shiftRespond to machine alarms and faults, implementing permanent corrective actionsCarry out routine maintenance and fault finding on injection moulding machines and toolingControl and optimise processing parameters in line with product standards and cost requirementsMaintain accurate records of maintenance, production, and quality checksSupport supervision of shift staff when required in the absence of a SupervisorPrepare auxiliary equipment, jigs, fixtures, and assembly machinesPerform quality checks in line with company standards and identify defectsCarry out first-line troubleshooting of process and quality issuesUse and update production monitoring systems (e.g., Blackbird)Ensure safe handling and accurate movement of materials and stockSupport tooling trials, processing, and optimisation for new projectsOperate forklift truck when licensedParticipate in training and continuous improvement initiatives

 

Skills & Experience Required

Minimum 3 years' experience as an Injection Moulding TechnicianStrong mechanical aptitude and fault-finding capabilityExperience with injection moulding machines, tooling, and process optimisationBasic electrical knowledgeFamiliarity with production or ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics)Strong problem-solving skills with an innovative mindsetGood communication and decision-making abilityHigh attention to detailContinuous improvement mindset with knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles

 

Essential Qualifications

IMT Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications (or equivalent)

 

Desirable Experience

Experience with tool trials and process optimisationExperience working in a high-volume manufacturing environment

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Mechanical fitter to join our team on a 4-month contract basis. This role is outside IR35, making it well suited to experienced contractors operating via a limited company.

This position is mechanically biased, with a strong focus on maintaining, repairing, and optimising mechanical systems, particularly valves and associated equipment, while still supporting electrical fault-finding where required.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across site equipment and machinery.Diagnose and repair faults with a mechanical bias, including valves, pipework, and mechanical assemblies.Support electrical fault finding on control systems, motors, and associated equipment.Respond quickly to breakdowns, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.Strip down, repair, and rebuild mechanical components including valves and associated systems.Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.Assist with installation, commissioning, and upgrades of plant equipment.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.Work collaboratively with site teams to optimise performance and reliability.

Skills & Experience Required

Proven experience as a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer in an industrial or manufacturing environment.Strong mechanical engineering background with hands-on experience working with valves, pumps, and mechanical repairs.Basic to intermediate electrical fault-finding capability.Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics.Experience working in maintenance environments with a focus on reliability and uptime.Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.

Essential Certifications

IPAF (Powered Access Licence)Confined Space Certification

Desirable Experience

Experience in process, industrial, or heavy engineering environments.Familiarity with CMMS systems.Background in continuous improvement or reliability engineering.

Job Role – Fluids Plant Operator

The MI Fluids Plant Operator is responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and reliable product and service delivery to customers.

Duties – Fluids Plant Operator

• Manages bulk plant facilities to facilitate delivery of prepared products and bulk materials to wellsite’s, maintaining excellent quality control (QC) in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Training other Operators and trainees.
• Ensures compliance with governmental regulations and industry standards, and reduces environmental impacts through observing Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies.
• Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
• Blend and mix bulk products for delivery to the wellsite, on time, according to the job program design.
• Check and/or calculate quantities of material blends required prior to loading.
• Follow Product Line (PL) quality assurance procedures to ensure proper loading.
• Coordinate movement of bulk products to and from locations with the PSD and Logistics Team.
• Assist in conducting monthly inventory and daily paperwork completion for goods received and shipped.
• Label and store additives in a safe manner and ensure the disposal of empty drums and pails.
• Maintain bulk plant equipment by performing a daily check while ensuring the bulk plant is kept clean.
• Participate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement programs.
• Wear PPE and observe HSE policies

Skills/Experience – Fluids Plant Operator

• Forklift truck licence – B1, B3, M3 and D2 considered
• Previous plant / mud plant experience required
