Project Coordinator required by industry leading engineering company, based in Gloucester.

The successful Project Coordinator will play a key role in supporting project delivery through effective planning, supplier coordination, and ensuring accurate documentation and purchasing processes.

Main Duties Project Coordinator

  • Raise and manage purchase orders in line with project requirements
  • Support planning and coordination across multiple ongoing projects
  • Liaise with third-party service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
  • Act as the point of contact for queries relating to documentation and paperwork
  • Work closely with project leads to ensure smooth execution of project activities
  • Analyse project and purchasing data using Excel (including pivot tables)
  • Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of project-related purchasing activities

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following: Project Coordinator

  • Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain roles
  • Strong understanding of the complexities involved in project-based environments
  • Advanced Excel skills, including the use of pivot tables and data analysis
  • Experience raising and managing purchase orders
  • Proven ability to coordinate tasks across multiple stakeholders
  • The ability to thrive in a fast paced environment with changing priorities
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise own workload,

Building Services Technician – Electrical, What you’ll be doing

You’ll be the go-to person for keeping the site running safely and efficiently, with a strong focus on electrical maintenance across a wide range of building services.

Carry out electrical maintenance & fault finding (lighting, sockets, emergency systems)Deliver planned (PPM) and reactive maintenance across the siteMaintain key utilities and equipment, including boilers, compressors, HVAC & air handling systemsSupport site compliance – permits to work, contractor control, LegionellaComplete general building maintenance – plumbing, carpentry, fabric repairsDiagnose faults and carry out repairs across electrical, mechanical and building fabricCoordinate and supervise contractors and external worksConduct checks on: Fire alarms & emergency lighting, Ventilation & extraction systems, Water systems & hygiene standards
