Position: Panel Wirer

Location: Bristol

Type of work: contract 3 to 6 months

Salary: competitive

Working hours: 37 hour per week Monday to Friday

We are now seeking to recruit Panel Wirer to assemble electrical sub-assemblies and machines for a bespoke machinery for supply to the final build function within required timescales.

Responsibilities:

Build sub-assemblies/panels as required by supplied drawingsCheck and verify accuracy of assemblies/panels on completionDaily and accurate completion of records including timesheets and inspection status documentationReport any manufacturing and assembly errors to team leader so corrective action can be agreedOn an ad hoc basis you may be asked to visit customer sites to assist with final build/installations/commissioningTo work with other departments to be involved in setting priorities regarding assembly build to ensure all builds are complete within required timeframesTo undertake other duties as may be required

Requirements:

Successful completion of apprenticeship (C&G 204 or C&G 236) or equivalentKnowledge of working with a wide variety of materialsAbility to read drawingsPrevious experience in Panel wiring

Key Responsibilities – Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - Shifts

Your new challenge will be providing effective and efficient planned, preventative and breakdown maintenance to minimise losses to productionEnsure the continuous running of the production process by eliminating downtime through a safe and logical approach to fault-finding and maintenance of process and packaging equipmentPlanned and reactive maintenance to keep downtime to a minimumYou'll work with conveyor systems, materials handling, automated Packaging and material processingLeading mechanical repair and working with a CMMSDiagnosis, resolution, and elimination of root causesImplementation of minor equipment modifications in support of increased performanceCompletion of all scheduled, planned corrective, reactive and improvement maintenance as allocatedContribute to the planning and implementation of allocated annual equipment overhauls

Qualifications & Requirements – Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - Shifts

Apprentice trained or NVQ level 3 in a mechanical engineering discipline in maintenance engineeringManufacturing Industry experience, heavy, medium or FMCG environments considered.Routine Preventive Maintenance, to have an understanding of a PPM scheduleFinding and fixing faults quickly and effectivelyBasic welding and fabrication skills advantageousA proactive approach to fault finding, a commitment to continuous improvement and personal development

Position: Assembler/ Fabricator

Location: Bristol Bradley Stoke

Salary:  £36,000 + bonus

Working hours: Monday to Thursday 7:30 am to 16:30 and early finish on Friday at 13.00

We are now seeking to recruit a mechanical assembler/ fabricator to work for an international manufacturing company based in Bristol. Th appropriate candidate would be responsible for mechanical assembly of fluid system, hoses and valves.

The appropriate candidate would be trained in fabrication and preferably has an experience of bending copper or steel pipes.

Responsibilities:

Working to specifications assembling fluid systems, houses, valves and pressure regulatorsMakes suggestions for process changes that may improve operations.Using measuring tools and hand toolsLab and Fabrication work – all training provided

Position: Machine Operator       

Location: Dursley

Pay rate: £14.44 per hour

Working hours: Weekly rotation of Earlies 05:30- 13:45 (12:30 on Friday) and Lates 14:00- 23:00 (13:00- 17:00 on Friday)
