Join our global aerospace client as an Electronics Engineer in their Braking Systems Division. In this standalone role, you’ll drive the lifecycle of critical platforms, collaborating closely with Supply Chain, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions. Your expertise will directly impact safety, quality, delivery, cost, and innovation, ensuring products remain at the forefront of the industry.

Key Responsibilities – Electronics Engineer

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain complex components and control systems for braking platforms.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Quality, and Manufacturing to ensure seamless product delivery.
  • Visit local suppliers to support electronics manufacturing and testing processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement by developing and enhancing designs, processes, and tools.
  • Create and deliver professional-quality presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Act as a technical expert, providing guidance and training to others while fostering a strong network with senior professionals

Key Experience – Electronics Engineer

  • Develop innovative designs for braking system components to enhance product performance and reliability.
  • Optimize manufacturing processes through supplier collaboration and testing to improve production efficiency and quality.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives across platforms to reduce costs and enhance product lifecycle.
  • Deliver clear technical documentation for designs and processes to ensure compliance and stakeholder understanding.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships with internal teams and external suppliers to drive project success.
  • Provide expert guidance on electronics design principles to support team development and project outcomes.
  • 4Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
  • Minimum of 5 years electronics design, preferably in aerospace electronics, manufacturing testing, or component obsolescence.
  • Proficiency in Altium, Jira, DOORS, Matlab, LABVIEW, LTSpice, pSPICE, or MS Office 365 is a plus.
  • Strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to work in a multicultural, diverse environment.
  • A proactive approach to challenging the status quo and driving innovation.
  • Deep understanding of electronics design principles, processes, and procedures.
