My client is on the lookout for an experienced Mobile Maintenance Technician to join the team. You will have the opportunity to work on one of their leading supermarket contracts.

The role will involve carrying out non-technical repairs and minor PPM&'s. You will also assist in carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, electrical, and mechanical plant works at various sites within the designated region. 

Key Responsibilities – Mobile Maintenance Technician

  • Assist other Technicians with any major or minor maintenance work.
  • Complete all necessary PPM’s and reactive maintenance schedules within agreed timescales and to ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and as required.
  • Responding promptly and positively to service call requests from the Helpdesk and to assess the requirements of the job and carry out repairs as necessary.
  • Prioritising and completing minor maintenance and repair work to agreed timescales.
  • Ensuring all tools and equipment necessary to complete minor maintenance and repairs are available and serviceable at all times.

Qualifications & Experience – Mobile Maintenance Technician

  • City & Guilds / NVQ trade qualification (Carpentry / Plumbing / Roofing) – Preferrable
  • Previous experience in building maintenance within a commercial / retail environment

On Offer – Mobile Maintenance Technician

  • £30K
  • 40 hour week
  • Travel time paid after half hour each way
  • OT paid at 1.5x Mon – Fri / 2x Sat-Sun

The Bid Manager is responsible for supporting bid strategy, processes and team activity to secure new business and retain existing contracts through high-quality, winning tender submissions. Experience in bid, tender or proposal management.Experience in a senior management role leading teams and influencing stakeholders at a senior level.Proven leadership of a complex bid or tender function within a multi-sector or B2B environment.Strong commercial acumen with experience influencing pricing strategies and contractual terms.Demonstrable track record of improving win rates and bid performance.Experience using CRM and bid management systems, ideally Salesforce.Ability to balance strategic thinking with delivery in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and influencing skills across technical, operational and commercial audiences.Experience within Facilities Management, Security, Cleaning or related service sectors. Job Role – HR Transformation Lead

Reporting to the Human Resources Leadership Team, the HR Transformation Lead will play a pivotal role in driving the organisation's human resources transformation agenda and support the successful delivery of a major SAP-enabled Hire to Retire transformation.

The HR Transformation Lead shall influence how people process works across recruitment, onboarding, talent, performance, development, employee information, analytics, time and attendance, and payroll. Bringing together business priorities, SAP capabilities and external best practice to create a realistic, value-led transformation roadmap and prepare the organisation for successful delivery.

Duties – HR Transformation Lead

• Lead the assessment and analysis of existing HR processes, systems, data assets and operating models across the employee lifecycle.
• Identify operational inefficiencies, control weaknesses, manual activities and opportunities to improve service delivery and employee experience.
• Review and evaluate recommendations from consulting partners and subject matter experts, ensuring proposed solutions align with organisational objectives and strategic priorities.
• Coordinate activities across HR functions, business stakeholders and external suppliers to maintain alignment and momentum throughout the discovery phase.
• Ensure outputs from multiple workstreams are integrated into a clear and cohesive transformation vision and implementation approach.
• Provide expertise across key HR disciplines, including workforce administration, recruitment, onboarding, talent management, learning and development, performance management, workforce analytics, time management and payroll.

• Define the target HR operating model and create a phased transformation plan that balances strategic objectives with achievable business outcomes.

Experience/Qualifications – HR Transformation Lead

• Demonstrated success leading assessment, planning and roadmap development activities within large-scale HR transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Hire-to-Retire processes, including payroll, workforce administration, talent management and employee services.
• Extensive knowledge of SAP HR solutions, including SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors, and how they support integrated people processes.
• Experience working with, managing and constructively challenging major consulting firms, systems integrators and third-party advisory partners.
