This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and growing chilled food manufacturer supplying major retailers and customers across the UK. Operating multiple production facilities, the business is investing heavily in quality systems, governance, compliance and continuous improvement. As Group Audit Manager, you will play a key role in driving food safety, quality and audit excellence across the organisation, ensuring compliance with customer, regulatory and accreditation standards while helping shape and implement a modern digital quality management system.

Responsibilities - Group Audit Manager (Manufacturing)

Develop, implement and maintain a risk-based internal audit programme across multiple manufacturing sites.Lead internal auditing activities, completing audits and supporting site teams in delivering audit schedules.Ensure internal and external audit non-conformances are investigated, closed out and reported within agreed timescales.Identify, trend and communicate recurring audit findings, driving corrective and preventative actions across the group.Conduct gap analysis against customer codes of practice, BRC requirements and accreditation standards.Support the development and rollout of a group-wide Quality Management System.Work closely with Technical Managers to ensure sufficient auditor competency, training and cross-functional audit capability.Assist with the implementation of digital quality management systems and governance frameworks.Support site hygiene, systems and compliance audits where required.Monitor legislative developments relating to food safety, legality and quality compliance and ensure requirements are embedded across the business.Produce KPI and compliance reporting for senior stakeholders.Drive a culture of continuous improvement, risk management and technical excellence across all sites.

Experience - Group Audit Manager (Manufacturing)

Minimum 3 years' experience within a Quality Systems, Compliance, Technical or Audit-focused role.Previous experience within chilled food manufacturing, high-care and/or high-risk production environments.Strong knowledge of BRCGS, retailer standards, customer codes of practice and food manufacturing compliance requirements.Proven experience conducting internal audits, risk assessments and quality system reviews.Food Safety Level 3 qualification.HACCP Level 3 qualification.Internal Auditor qualification/training.Lead Auditor qualification would be highly advantageous.Experience supporting or implementing digital quality management systems is desirable.Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.Able to influence multiple sites and drive improvements through collaboration and engagement.

Highly organised and detail-oriented administrator required by industry leading client, to support customer repair and order processing activities within a busy engineering and manufacturing environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and data-entry skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced setting where accuracy and customer service are key.

Main Duties -  Customer Service Administrator

Processing and acknowledging customer repair orders accurately and efficiently.Reviewing customer orders and contracts, ensuring that all requirements are correctly captured.Verifying and applying export control requirements where applicable.Maintaining customer-specific order information and documentation.Supporting the setup of new customer accounts in collaboration with the Finance team.Providing updates on repair orders and work-in-progress.Ensuring that all customer and repair records are maintained to a high standard of accuracy.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following – Customer Service Administrator

Previous experience in administration, customer service, order processing, or a similar transactional role.Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with large volumes of information.Comfortable managing multiple priorities and customer requirements.Proficient with using Microsoft Office and with and processing customer data.Previous experience within engineering, manufacturing, repairs, logistics, or supply chain environments would be advantageous.

Mobile Maintenance Electrician

£41,325.03 (Inclusive of Standby (1:4 x 13 Periods) & Competency Payment of £1,500)

My client is on the lookout for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join the team. You will have the opportunity to work on one of their leading supermarket contracts.

The role will involve maintaining and repairing a range of electrical, mechanical and catering equipment in retail outlets, undertaking regular planned store visits to complete reactive work, PPMs and minor repairs as requested by the customer.

Key Responsibilities – Mobile Maintenance Electrician

Complete the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule within agreed timescales and to ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately. Deliver reactive and planned catering and bakery equipment maintenanceConduct emergency lighting and fire alarm tests and repairs.Complete general repairs and maintenance to customer sitesIdentify non-repairable faults in plant and machinery and promptly advise the Line Manager of findings, with recommendations regarding suitable replacement.

Qualifications & Experience – Mobile Maintenance Electrician

NVQ Level 3/City and guilds 236 Part 1 + 2 or equivalent in electrical installation/Maintenance. City and Guilds 18th Edition.AM2 / 2391
