The Role
We're looking for an experienced Injection Moulding Setter to join our team on a day shift. This is a fast-paced environment producing medium batch runs with frequent tool changes, so you'll play a key role in keeping production running efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.
What You'll Be Doing
- Setting and changing over injection moulding machines and tooling
- Managing frequent tool changes efficiently to support medium production runs
- Optimising processes to improve cycle times, reduce scrap, and maximise output
- Monitoring production to ensure quality and performance targets are met
- Troubleshooting issues quickly to minimise downtime
- Supporting continuous improvement across the shop floor
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as an Injection Moulding Setter
- Confident carrying out regular tool changes in a busy production environment
- Strong understanding of moulding processes and materials
- Hands-on problem solver with good attention to detail
- Team player with the ability to work independently
