Injection Moulding Setter (Day Shift)

Shift: Monday-Friday

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

The Role

We're looking for an experienced Injection Moulding Setter to join our team on a day shift. This is a fast-paced environment producing medium batch runs with frequent tool changes, so you'll play a key role in keeping production running efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.

 

What You'll Be Doing

  • Setting and changing over injection moulding machines and tooling
  • Managing frequent tool changes efficiently to support medium production runs
  • Optimising processes to improve cycle times, reduce scrap, and maximise output
  • Monitoring production to ensure quality and performance targets are met
  • Troubleshooting issues quickly to minimise downtime
  • Supporting continuous improvement across the shop floor

 

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as an Injection Moulding Setter
  • Confident carrying out regular tool changes in a busy production environment
  • Strong understanding of moulding processes and materials
  • Hands-on problem solver with good attention to detail
  • Team player with the ability to work independently

The Role – Electrical Maintenance Engineer

As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will support production by carrying out planned and reactive maintenance activities across a varied manufacturing plant.

You will diagnose faults, minimise downtime and ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.

Role Duties include Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Electrical fault finding and repairs on production machineryPlanned preventative maintenance (PPM)Reactive maintenance and breakdown responseWorking with electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systemsSupporting continuous improvement initiativesEnsuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standardsAssisting with equipment upgrades and reliability improvementsLiaising effectively with production and engineering teams

Role Requirements – Electrical Maintenance Engineer

You may hold:

NVQ Level 3 Electrical EngineeringCity & Guilds Electrical QualificationsONC/HNC/HND Engineering preferred18th Edition preferredApprenticeship

Location: Harshfield, Gloucestershire

Hours: 7:30 am to 3:30 am Monday to Friday, total of 37.5 hours

Hourly rate: £15.00 per hour

We are now seeking to recruit a Store person to work for a busy engineering warehouse based in Harshfield, Gloucestershire. The appropriate candidate would support warehouse team with goods in and out.

Responsibilities:

Picking customer orders, packing items securely, and labelling packages for shipping.

Organizing stock, placing items in correct locations.

Good in and goods out

Check for damaged or missing items

Store goods appropriately

Carry out stock counts as and when required

Keep paperwork up to date

Requirements:

Ability to work 7:30 am to 3:30 pm Monday to Friday

Previous stores/ warehouse experience

Counterbalance license is desirable

Ability to accurately complete paperwork and count stock items

An understanding of health and safety requirements

Flexible approach to duties and tasks
