A leading automotive lighting manufacturer supplying luxury and supercar brands is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join its Commercial team. The business has undergone significant investment and is focused on transforming into a world‑class manufacturer, offering an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven individual to influence customer relationships and programme delivery.

This role is central to managing long‑term relationships with key customers, maximising sales opportunities, and ensuring commercial excellence across major automotive programmes.

Key Responsibilities – Key Account Manager

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Maximise relationships with existing customers to strengthen long‑term partnerships.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of customer needs, requirements, and strategic objectives.
  • Expand relationships by proposing solutions that align with customer goals.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
  • Attend customer meetings and visits at all levels to ensure consistent communication.

Commercial Management:

  • Play an integral role in generating new sales opportunities within key accounts.
  • Manage the commercial aspects of customer programmes, including quotations and contractual discussions.
  • Agree payment profiles for investment programmes.
  • Review costs versus budget and recommend appropriate cost‑reduction measures.
  • Liaise with project teams to ensure invoices are raised in line with project milestones.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Prepare regular progress reports for internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics and KPIs.
  • Maintain an in‑depth understanding of customer quotations and commercial documentation.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure effective delivery of customer programmes.
  • Support colleagues as required to ensure a high‑quality, efficient service is delivered.

Qualifications & Requirements – Key Account Manager

  • Degree‑level education or equivalent.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in a Key Account Management role, ideally within the automotive sector.
  • Strong negotiation and contractual skills.
  • Excellent numeracy and analytical capability.
  • High attention to detail with strong IT proficiency.
  • Clear, confident communicator and presenter.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Exemplary interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.

The business is undergoing significant investment and transformation, creating an exciting opportunity for an individual who can drive quality performance, exceed customer expectations, and support operational excellence across production and new product introduction.

This role is central to ensuring product quality, maintaining compliance with industry standards, and supporting continuous improvement across manufacturing and customer programmes.

Key Responsibilities – Manufacturing Quality Engineer   

Quality Systems & Compliance

Implement all relevant procedures within the Business Management System (BMS) and ensure compliance.Ensure in‑house systems and procedures are updated, revised, and aligned with external certification requirements.Assist in internal process and product audits of the BMS.Introduce new systems and procedures where appropriate.Ensure all necessary systems and documentation are in place to satisfy customer requirements and audits.

Customer Quality & Issue Resolution

Respond to customer complaints, implementing containment actions, root cause analysis, error‑proofing (poka‑yoke), and both short‑ and long‑term countermeasures.Report the status of customer claims and ensure alignment between customer expectations and internal actions.Support customer PPAP submissions in line with customer and internal requirements.

Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement

Perform root cause analysis and resolve quality issues effectively.Update quality documentation and communicate lessons learned from quality concerns.Support scrap‑reduction programmes in line with business targets.Support regular inspection meetings and contribute to action plans for improving quality.Support engineering change processes, ensuring quality deliverables are met.

Reporting & Communication

Report against agreed quality metrics on a weekly and monthly basis.Produce written reports and deliver presentations as required.Attend cross‑functional meetings and communicate actions clearly.Support quality‑related issues with manufacturing and wider operational teams.

Qualifications & Requirements – Manufacturing Quality Engineer   

Technical degree or HNC/HND (desirable).Excellent organisational and follow‑up skills.Competent in problem solving, planning, decision‑making, and team collaboration.Commercially aware with a proactive approach.Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.Strong interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation skills.Able to communicate effectively at all levels, from shop floor to director level.

The Storekeeper is responsible to execute product and material handling and movement within the warehouse in compliance with established policies, procedures, and standards. They inspect and accept incoming shipments against supplier packing lists, ensuring items have been received in a satisfactory state.
Duties – Storekeeper

• Perform inspecting, labelling, receiving, storing, picking, packing, issuing, disposal and cycle counting of inventory items.
• Accept supplier deliveries, checking that actual item received are in suitable condition and match the packing list and/or purchase order and report discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Ensure outgoing inventory items are suitably packed and issued with correct and complete documentation.
• Improve efficiency and safety by optimizing warehouse bin locations.
• Maintain a high level of housekeeping within the warehouse and shipping/receiving areas.
• Perform inventory cycle counting and support periodic physical counts.
• Perform tasks associated with Kitting and Kanban point-of-use replenishment and other materials management initiatives as directed by the Supervisor.
• Investigate and resolve local inventory and warehouse issues as requested by the Supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, and standards.
• Operate a forklift or other materials handling equipment upon completion of training and certification.

Skills/Experience – Electrical Technician

• Forklift truck licence – B1, B3, M3 and D2 considered

We have an exciting opportunity for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician to join a highly regulated manufacturing site. This role plays a key part in maintaining, improving, and ensuring the efficient and safe operation of all plant and equipment, while supporting continuous improvement and site-wide safety initiatives.

Responsibilities of Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician:

NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.Minimum 5 years' experience within an engineering/manufacturing environment, including post-apprenticeship experience.Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding and repair skills.Experience working within regulated environments (GMP/QMS preferred).Proactive and self-motivated with strong problem-solving capability.Excellent communication skills across all levels.Ability to lead by example and contribute to a positive team culture.Strong focus on health, safety, and continuous improvement.Willingness to develop reporting and leadership skills alongside IT competency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Desirable:
