Profile – Project Coordinator

My client is a world leader in the provision of highly advanced technical solutions to the Energy and Marine sector. They are currently looking for a Project Coordinator to join their growing team who are advancing technology in their sector. Duties – Project Coordinator

• Monitoring deliverables to ensure schedule maintenance through, engineering, manufacturing and supply chain.
• Providing internal and external delivery updates and working to compile communication packs.
• Work with delivery teams, planning and execution, to track progress and drive action where required to mitigate risk and ensure on time delivery
• Assist engineering teams to evaluate manufacturing readiness, evaluate manufacturing efficiency and provide input into scheduling of new projects to best position the business for success.
• Work on scheduling of projects, developing best practice for Engineering deliverables through the product delivery.
• Evaluate ways of working and suggest improvements based on synergies between departments
• Data analysis to help inform business decisions and improvement projects.

Experience/Qualifications – Project Coordinator

• Degree qualified in technical subject or equivalent experience
• SAP knowledge
• CAD knowledge
• MS Project knowledge
• Understanding of technical drawings

Job Role – Quality Technician

The Technology Quality Technician is responsible for conducting quality control activities, including inspections, tests and results reporting. The Technology Quality Technician combines practical skills with understanding of the overall Quality Management System and the impact of nonconformances on the performance of equipment and systems

Duties – Quality Technician

• Inspect documentation, parts, components, materials, subassemblies and equipment against stated specifications, using measurement systems with valid calibration and acceptable repeatability and reproducibility. Comply with applicable inspection procedures and standard work.
• Perform manufacturing and engineering tests in compliance with applicable procedures and standard work.
• Assist in designing tests and fixtures and their set-up.
• Ensure all inspection and test activities are conducted safely. Participate in creation and review of Hazard Analysis and Risk Control for these activities.
• When authorized, perform calibration of measurement systems.
• Be familiar with inspection and test procedures, standard work and test plans, and provide input to continuously improve them.
• Document the results of inspections and tests. Verify the stability of results over time, as feasible.
• Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement, wherever applicable.

Experience/Qualifications – Quality Technician

• Experience in Quality role within manufacturing environment

Job Role – Lead Systems Analysis Engineer (Hydraulics)

Reporting to the Engineering Manager the Lead Systems Analysis Engineer shall lead the development of electrohydraulic and electromechanical components and systems, guiding projects from requirements definition and concept development through simulation, validation, and testing.

Duties – Lead Systems Analysis Engineer (Hydraulics)

• Lead the functional analysis, requirements allocation, and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into components specifications.
• Drive the identification, planning, and definition of all Verification and Validation strategies for product and system development initiatives.
• Lead system or subsystem-level integration and testing in collaboration with customers, including any anomaly investigations.
• Working knowledge of magnetic analysis, computation fluid dynamics, finite element analysis.
• Create concise reports that describe the design decisions and analysis results.
• Lead customer engagement for new business opportunities, leveraging model-based design to develop and support technical solutions.
• Drive the development of models and simulations tools that enable strategic growth initiatives and customer prototyping.
• Maintain, update and evaluate modelling and simulation tools as required.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering their professional growth and development.

Experience/Qualifications – Lead Systems Analysis Engineer (Hydraulics)

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace or Systems Engineering or equivalent
• Proven expertise in performance analysis in Simulink, V&V, subsystem integration, and technical leadership.
• Demonstrated expertise in hydraulic systems and classical control theory.
• Proven experience in developing simulation and/or sizing tools
• Demonstrated success in conducting failure analysis and implementing effective corrective actions
• Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink

Overview: To create, review and manage the assembly production plan for your designated lines, working with the production teams to supply all demand in line with the customer requirements. The role includes an active involvement with new projects, the calculation of existing and new stock levels and process design / review within the department.

Responsibilities: Planning & Operational Specialist

Fully understand, review and action MRP messages based on an appropriate degree of analysis of the supply and demand situation.To manage the release of sales order demand with the aim of balancing customer requirements with production capabilities.Review items as part of the regular Inventory modelling (IQM) process and be able to interpret and recommend the ideal inventory settings and key opportunities to optimize the inventory level e.g. batch size adjustment, lead-time reductionManage all product sales lead-times aiming to maintain on time to customer requested dates while maintaining the ability to deliver product on time to commitment.Review the supply of component parts daily, progressing any key shortages and seeking all possible resolutions which includes, but is not restricted to, suggesting alternative products, shuffling production priorities and identifying substitute components.Creation and management of the assembly production plans for your assembly lines and close cooperation with production teams to meet the required deadlines, ensuring the plan is correctly prioritized and any issues are promptly resolved.Update all daily and weekly reports required to support customer service and business reporting. We are now seeking to recruit a Production Supervisor for manufacturing company based in Gloucester. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, motivating staff, and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with both company and legislative policies

Responsibilities:
