Key Experience & Qualifications – Estimator Experience in an Estimator, Costings, Commercial, or similar role within a manufacturing or engineering environment.Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings (desirable but not essential).Comfortable working across both office and production environments.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret cost data and provide commercially sound recommendations.Solid IT capability, particularly strong skills in Excel for costing and pricing analysis.Experience using ERP systems (SAP or similar) is highly advantageous.Confident communicator able to present cost analysis and pricing rationale to senior stakeholders.Highly organised, detail‑focused, and able to manage competing deadlines.Proactive approach, with a willingness to identify opportunities for cost improvement, process optimisation, and value engineering.
