Our client are a beverage manufacturer with a very modern automated manufacturing site. This role will cover hard services such as Boilers, HVAC and Water/Steam plant equipment. Days only working at a modern purpose built facility.

Responsibilities – Site Services Engineer

As a Site Services Technician, you'll take full responsibility for essential hard services across the site, ensuring steam boilers, water systems, drainage, compressed air, and electrical infrastructure operate safely, reliably, and in full compliance with all legal, customer, environmental, and company standards.

  • Carrying out reactive maintenance, routine inspections, and planned preventative maintenance on all assigned plant and equipment
  • Recording all work accurately and promptly in the SAP PM maintenance system
  • Performing electrical and mechanical repairs on site services equipment and logistics machinery as required
  • Maintaining the highest standards of housekeeping and cleanliness throughout your areas of responsibility
  • Providing practical input and ideas to support continuous improvement initiatives and upcoming engineering projects
  • Coordinating and managing statutory inspections, testing, and compliance activities while serving as the primary point of contact for these matters on site

Experience/Qualifications - Site Services Engineer

  • BTEC, ONC, or HNC in an engineering discipline
  • 2–5 years relevant work/trade experience
  • Must have proven knowledge of shell boilers and daily boiler checks

Preferable (but not essential):

  • Beverage/Food manufacturing experience
  • BOAS qualification
  • MEWP / FLT licences
  • Basic SAP knowledge

They are now on the lookout for an experience Multiskilled Field Service Technician to join their team and work across Scotland with the occasional travel to Northern Ireland.

The Planned Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing preventative maintenance on equipment at customer sites in accordance with service contract requirements. The role also involves supporting installations, overhauls, and retrofits of machinery, as well as chamber machine servicing and repairs. This position plays a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction, promoting aftersales products, and ensuring optimal equipment performance.

Key Responsibilities – Field Service Technician

To carry out scheduled maintenance in line with the agreed customer service contract.To develop existing service contracts to increase revenue/spares stock/OEE/consumables.To prepare reports of work undertaken for use within the company or for the customer.To advise on and promote aftersales products offered by the service department.To act in an advisory capacity with regard to customers spare parts holdings requirements.To maintain and develop customer relationships.To carry out any special tasks as reasonably requested by the Field Service Manager.

Qualifications & Experience – Field Service Technician
