Role Overview – E‑Commerce Account Manager

Our client, a respected engineering organisation in Cirencester, is seeking an E‑Commerce Account Manager to take ownership of their digital sales channels, marketplace accounts, and customer portal.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys blending operational e‑commerce management with commercial strategy—driving online revenue, enhancing customer experience, and supporting the wider sales and marketing function.

Key Responsibilities – E‑Commerce Account Manager

  • Manage and optimise all e‑commerce sales platforms, including the company’s website, online portal, and any third‑party marketplace accounts.
  • Oversee all online order processing activities: customer registrations, payments, technical issues, and general queries.
  • Ensure smooth fulfilment operations, coordinating with internal teams to deliver a seamless end‑to‑end customer journey.
  • Implement and align online trading campaigns with wider sales and marketing strategies to maximise digital revenue.
  • Monitor site performance and marketplace metrics, analysing trading behaviour and recommending improvements to drive sales and conversions.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data while managing inbound leads from online channels—qualifying, tracking, and nurturing prospects.
  • Conduct introductory and follow‑up calls to move opportunities through the digital sales funnel.
  • Collaborate with the global e‑commerce team and internal stakeholders to share insights and best practice.
  • Produce regular performance reports on online sales, conversion rates, traffic, leads and ROI.
  • Ensure product listings, categories, descriptions, pricing and digital content remain accurate and up to date across all platforms.
  • Keep up‑to‑date with e‑commerce trends, tools and technologies to continually refine processes and improve user experience.

Key Experience & Qualifications – E‑Commerce Account Manager

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, E‑Commerce or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in e‑commerce account management, online sales, marketplace management or digital trading.
  • Strong CRM experience plus confidence working with analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret trading data and identify actionable improvements.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to changing commercial priorities.
  • Ideal for someone who blends technical confidence with strong commercial awareness.

Omega are supporting a leading facilities management provider in their search for a Refrigeration Engineer work on a major UK supermarket contract. The right Refrigeration Engineer will be the first line in all service and maintenance throughout  allocated sites. They will also effectively maintain service and repair Refrigeration Equipment in customer locations and aid HVAC equipment containing refrigeration circuits.

 

Key Responsibilities -  Refrigeration Engineer

Carry out reactive and planned refrigeration maintenance within agreed timescales.Diagnose faults, identify non-repairable issues and recommend replacements.Complete all PPM, technical and compliance paperwork accurately and on time.Order and fit parts in line with company procedures.Respond promptly to Helpdesk service calls and complete repairs efficiently.Communicate issues affecting store operations to GSMs and build strong working relationships.Complete surveys, reports and job documentation as required.Participate in the out-of-hours standby rota and arrange cover when needed.Working with CO? refrigeration pack systems.Planned on-call rota 1 in 4 weeks  (hours of work paid in addition to standby payment) 

 

Qualifications & Requirements -  Refrigeration Engineer

Time-served apprenticeship with NVQ/C&G refrigeration qualification.C&G 2079 / CITB refrigerant handling certificate / F Gas Category 1Strong refrigeration, electrical, mechanical and diagnostic skills.Ability to read technical drawings and apply relevant H&S legislation.Good communication and customer-facing skills.Self-motivated, professional and able to work at heights using access equipment.Full UK driving licence essential.

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace or Systems Engineering or equivalent
• Proven expertise in performance analysis in Simulink, V&V, subsystem integration, and technical leadership.
• Demonstrated expertise in hydraulic systems and classical control theory.
• Proven experience in developing simulation and/or sizing tools
• Demonstrated success in conducting failure analysis and implementing effective corrective actions
• Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink
