QHSE Manager required by leading manufacturing company, based in Gloucester. The successful QHSE Manager will be responsible for all matters relating to health safety quality and environmental performance for the business.
Main Duties: QHSE Manager
- Managing the Integrated Management System and ensuring compliance to standards such as ISO9001 and ISO14001.
- Identify, prioritise and control health, safety, quality and environmental risks.
- Lead incident response, investigations, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Coordinate and conduct risk assessments, internal audits and external compliance audits.
- Manage containment and resolution of product or service non-conformities.
- Communicate clearly to engage teams and reinforce QHSE culture across the site.
- Provide expert guidance on H&S, quality and environmental matters to site team.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following: QHSE Manager
- NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent.
- Previous experience of auditing to ISO9001 and ISO14001 standards.
- A background in a similar role ideally gained in a manufacturing or engineering or equivalent environment.
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills will the ability to influence.
- Organised, analytical and comfortable working with data and reports.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

The QHSE Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the engineering and production departments by ensuring that all Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental practices are effectively implemented across the business. Responsibilities:
Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of QHSE systems aligned with ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environment), and ISO 45001 (Health & Safety).Conduct QHSE audits and inspections across engineering design offices, fabrication shops, and on-site project locations.Work closely with engineering and project teams to ensure QHSE is embedded into all stages of design, planning, fabrication, and installation.Facilitate risk assessments and method statement reviews for engineering activities and ensure control measures are effectively communicated and implemented.Support root cause analysis and investigation of incidents, near misses, and non-conformances, ensuring lessons learned are captured and shared.Coordinate and deliver QHSE inductions, toolbox talks, and training relevant to engineering environments, such as machinery safety, lifting operations, and hazardous substances.Monitor QHSE performance metrics, prepare reports for management, and recommend improvements based on data trends.Liaise with external bodies, clients, and contractors to ensure QHSE requirements are understood and met throughout project execution.Requirements:

Working within a fast-paced production environment, you will play a key role in ensuring injection moulding machines are set up efficiently, operating at optimum performance, and consistently producing high-quality products.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in injection moulding, experience carrying out mould changes, and the ability to optimise machine performance to achieve production and quality targets.
Key Responsibilities – Injection Moulding Setter

IT Project Manager
Reporting to the General Manager the IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate all IT technology-related activities for a major site expansion programme. The role will be responsible for ensuring successful delivery of IT infrastructure, digital workplace, connectivity, cybersecurity, and Operational Technology (OT) integration requirements across a complex multi-vendor environment.
Working closely with engineering, operations, and technology teams, you will manage the intersection between IT and OT, ensuring technology solutions are delivered safely, securely, and in line with project milestones.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead delivery of all IT workstreams within a major site manufacturing/expansion project.
• Coordinate activities across IT, OT, engineering, facilities, construction, and business teams.
• Manage multiple technology vendors, contractors, and system integrators.
• Oversee delivery of site networks, infrastructure, end-user technology, communications, cybersecurity, and related systems.
• Manage project plans, budgets, risks, dependencies, and governance.

Skills & Experience
