QHSE Manager required by leading manufacturing company, based in Gloucester. The successful QHSE Manager will be responsible for all matters relating to health safety quality and environmental performance for the business.
Main Duties: QHSE Manager
- Managing the Integrated Management System and ensuring compliance to standards such as ISO9001 and ISO14001.
- Identify, prioritise and control health, safety, quality and environmental risks.
- Lead incident response, investigations, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Coordinate and conduct risk assessments, internal audits and external compliance audits.
- Manage containment and resolution of product or service non-conformities.
- Communicate clearly to engage teams and reinforce QHSE culture across the site.
- Provide expert guidance on H&S, quality and environmental matters to site team.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following: QHSE Manager
- NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent.
- Previous experience of auditing to ISO9001 and ISO14001 standards.
- A background in a similar role ideally gained in a manufacturing or engineering or equivalent environment.
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills will the ability to influence.
- Organised, analytical and comfortable working with data and reports.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

The QHSE Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the engineering and production departments by ensuring that all Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental practices are effectively implemented across the business. Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities – Injection Moulding Setter

IT Project Manager
Reporting to the General Manager the IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate all IT technology-related activities for a major site expansion programme. The role will be responsible for ensuring successful delivery of IT infrastructure, digital workplace, connectivity, cybersecurity, and Operational Technology (OT) integration requirements across a complex multi-vendor environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead delivery of all IT workstreams within a major site manufacturing/expansion project.
