Key Responsibilities – Systems Engineer
- Define and capture system requirements to meet project objectives.
- Design, model, optimize performance, and conduct safety assessments for complex systems.
- Manage hardware and software integration processes.
- Perform system verification through simulations, analyses, system tests, qualification tests, and flight tests.
- Support certification processes and ensure customer approvals are met.
- Contribute to planning, cost estimation, task scheduling, and risk management activities.
- Engage with customers professionally and respond promptly to their inquiries.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams and other internal departments.
Key Experience & Qualifications – Systems Engineer
- Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Computer Science.
- Experience in systems engineering, ideally within high-tech industries.
- Proficiency in creating plans, procedures, and reports for qualification programs, including environmental and EMC testing.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent interpersonal and team-building abilities.
- Confident decision-making and analytical skills, with the ability to collect data, compile reports, and present results.
- Highly organized, detail-focused, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook) and web browsers.
- Solid understanding of PC software applications and operating systems.
