Role Overview

The HSE Advisor will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing all Health, Safety, and Environmental policies, procedures, and programs on a major construction site. The role ensures compliance with legal requirements, industry standards, and company policies, fostering a strong safety culture among all personnel, subcontractors, and stakeholders.

Responsabilties: 

  • Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments, identifying hazards and implementing corrective actions.
  • Promote a proactive safety culture through visible leadership, toolbox talks, and engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure all permits to work, method statements, and risk assessments (RAMS) are reviewed and approved prior to work commencement.

Qualifacations & Experience: 

  • NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent recognized qualification in Occupational Health & Safety)
  • Minimum 5–10 years’ experience in HSE management
  • Proven track record managing HSE on large, multi-contractor projects
