Electrical Field Service Engineer

Working with a well-established engineering company who provide products and services for the carton, corrugated, flexible, narrow mid-web and digital packaging industry, throughout the UK, Ireland and Scandinavia.

You will be providing timely and efficient machine repairs, installations and upgrades for customers.

Key Responsibilities – Electrical Field Service Engineer

  • Repair and installation of new machines
  • Relocation of existing equipment
  • Customer training
  • Preventative maintenance
  • Ordering parts necessary to perform installations and repair
  • Troubleshooting problems
  • Proactively recommend the necessary service and maintenance programmes

Qualifications & Experience – Electrical Field Service Engineer

  • HNC or equivalent in Electrical Engineering
  • Ability to diagnose faults and make recommendations in customer environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the customer
  • Full UK drivers License
  • Strong analysis skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
