Assembly Technician required to join a growing engineering and manufacturing team, supporting the production, integration, and testing of high-precision electromechanical products.

Main Duties: Assembly Technician

Assemble high-precision components using detailed engineering drawings.Build sub-assemblies using approved tools and processes and to industry and quality standards.Set up and operate equipment such as presses, drills, and specialist tooling.Complete all manufacturing documentation accurately and in line with procedures.Ensure work is carried out to required quality and compliance standards.Maintain accurate training and certification records.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following: Assembly Technician

A background  in a similar role gained within a  precision assembly or manufacturing environment.Ability to work from technical drawings and process instructions.Excellent dexterity and attention to detail.Familiarity with industry standards (e.g. IPC) is advantageous but not essential as training will be provided.

Electrical Test Engineer required by market leading manufacturing company, based in Droitwich. The successful Electrical Test Engineer will be responsible for testing, inspection, and commissioning of complex electrical and control systems prior to customer delivery.

Main Duties Electrical Test Engineer

Carry out full testing and inspection of equipment in a manufacturing environmentConnect electrical, water, and mechanical systems for testingPerform fault finding and diagnostics, including live PLC troubleshootingUse test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power analysersWork with high-voltage systemsCollaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve technical issuesComplete testing documentation and quality recordsSign off equipment prior to dispatch

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following: Electrical Test Engineer

Educated to HNC (or equivalent) in Electrical EngineeringStrong knowledge of single & three-phase systems and high-power circuitsExperience working with live electrical equipmentUnderstanding of analogue and digital electronicsAbility to read and interpret engineering drawingsGood communication and teamwork skillsHigh attention to detail and quality standardsExcellent problem-solving skillsMechanically minded with practical hands-on abilityFlexibility for international travel to mee the needs of the role.

The successful Technical Author will be responsible for turning complex technical data into structured, practical work instructions for use by engineers, technicians and shop floor staff.

Main Duties Technical Author

Transform complex maintenance procedures into clear, step-by-step task cards.Ensure strict version control, so teams always work to the latest approved data.Collaborate with technicians on the shop floor to validate usability and practicality.Work with stakeholders to continuously improve documentation quality and accuracy.Produce documentation that supports safe, efficient, and compliant maintenance delivery.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following: Technical Author

A background within a similar role gained within a complex engineering or equivalent environment.Strong ability to interpret and write clear technical instructions.Excellent attention to detail and logical thinking.Strong communication skills (written & verbal).Proficiency with Microsoft Office / GSuite.Ability to build business relationships and deliver structured documentation.
