Project Coordinator required by industry leading engineering company, based in Gloucester.

The successful Project Coordinator will play a key role in supporting project delivery through effective planning, supplier coordination, and ensuring accurate documentation and purchasing processes.

Main Duties Project Coordinator

Raise and manage purchase orders in line with project requirementsSupport planning and coordination across multiple ongoing projectsLiaise with third-party service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and servicesAct as the point of contact for queries relating to documentation and paperworkWork closely with project leads to ensure smooth execution of project activitiesAnalyse project and purchasing data using Excel (including pivot tables)Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of project-related purchasing activities

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following: Project Coordinator

Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain rolesStrong understanding of the complexities involved in project-based environmentsAdvanced Excel skills, including the use of pivot tables and data analysisExperience raising and managing purchase ordersProven ability to coordinate tasks across multiple stakeholdersThe ability to thrive in a fast paced environment with changing prioritiesExcellent communication skills.Highly organised with the ability to prioritise own workload,

Graduate Electrical Design Engineer required by industry leading company, based in Droitwich. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the design, development, and delivery of innovative products, supporting projects from initial sales order through to manufacture.

You will play a key role in translating customer requirements into accurate technical documentation, ensuring high-quality contract releases and continuous product improvement.

Main Duties :Graduate Electrical Design Engineer

Review sales orders and releases to determine contract requirementsProduce detailed technical engineering drawings and electrical schematics for manufacture and assemblyPrepare and maintain accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs)Ensure complete and precise contract releases for manufacturingSupport the ongoing design development and refinement of existing and new productsWork collaboratively with cross-functional teams including sales and production

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following: Electrical Design Engineer

Minimum 2:1 BEng in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)Previous exposure to product designAbility to create and interpret technical engineering drawingsUnderstanding of core electrical engineering principlesExperience with CAD tools such as AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks (desirable)Strong IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong problem-solving skills and outstanding attention to detail.

First Article Inspector required by hugely successful engineering company based in Wolverhampton. The successful First Article Inspector will be responsible for ensuring that components meet the highest standards of aerospace compliance. Also taking ownership of First Article Inspections, collaborating with engineering and production teams, and helping to drive continuous improvement across the manufacturing processes.

Main Duties - First Article Inspector:

Perform complete First Article Inspections (FAI) in accordance with AS9102 and customer specific requirements.Verify all dimensions, tolerances and features against engineering drawings and specifications.Produce accurate, detailed FAIR documentation and validation packages for internal and customer approvalRecord inspection data within digital quality systems.Identify, document and escalate non conformances in line with AS9102.Support root cause analysis and corrective action activities.Work closely with Engineering, Production and Quality teams to resolve technical queries and improve manufacturability.Support receiving, in process and final inspection activities as required.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following: First Article Inspector

A relevant engineering qualification or equivalent aerospace inspection experience.Extensive experience in aerospace dimensional inspection.Strong, hands on AS9102 First Article Inspection experience (essential)Highly proficient in interpreting engineering drawings .Skilled in using precision measurement tools, including:Verniers, Micrometers (inside, outside, depth), Bore gauges, Height gauges, Depth micrometers, Manual and/or CNC CMM.Experience working within AS9100 quality environments.Proficiency with SAP would be advantageous.Highly organised and able to prioritise own workload.Outstanding attention to detail.

Main Duties: Quality Inspector

Inspection of complex mechanical parts using a range of inspection tools and equipment.Using microscopes to carry out inspection of subcontract parts.Managing product conformance with customers’ specifications and designs.Completing First Article Inspection Reports and associated paperwork.Raising and managing nonconformance reports.Supporting the wider business with product quality issues.Ensuring the correct calibration of measuring equipment.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following: Quality Inspector

A background within a similar Quality Inspector role gained in a manufacturing or engineering or equivalent environment.Experience of First Article inspection reporting to AS9102.Experience using measuring equipment such as CMM.The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.Able to work on own initiative and with minimum supervision.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficient with Microsoft Office

Key Responsibilities – Graduate Mechanical Design Engineer

Designing and developing mechanical engineering solutions to deliver new and existing projects.Supporting manufacturing operations through fault diagnosis and developing necessary solutions.Becoming proficient with mechanical design and simulation tools.Developing skills in the application of mathematical principles to solve engineering problems.Giving advice on the best mechanical solutions, considering cost and timescales, while delivering maximum performance and reliability.

Key Experience – Graduate Mechanical Design Engineer
