Engineering Change Manager required by leading engineering company, based in Cheltenham. The successful candidate will lead and motivate a team of engineering administrators, ensuring that engineering change requests are completed accurately.

Main Duties: Engineering Change Manager

Overseeing a team of engineering administrators and using KPIs to monitor their performance.Distribution of workload across the team and delegation of tasks.Carrying out appraisals and reviews for the team.Providing electronic access to engineering drawings and documentation.Managing the maintenance for bills of materials on the ERP system.Managing the process for processing engineering change requests across the business.Acting as a point of contact for the department and liaising with suppliers and customers.
