Electrical Test Engineer required by market leading manufacturing company, based in Droitwich. The successful Electrical Test Engineer will be responsible for testing, inspection, and commissioning of complex electrical and control systems prior to customer delivery.

Main Duties Electrical Test Engineer

Carry out full testing and inspection of equipment in a manufacturing environmentConnect electrical, water, and mechanical systems for testingPerform fault finding and diagnostics, including live PLC troubleshootingUse test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power analysersWork with high-voltage systemsCollaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve technical issuesComplete testing documentation and quality recordsSign off equipment prior to dispatch

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following: Electrical Test Engineer

Educated to HNC (or equivalent) in Electrical EngineeringStrong knowledge of single & three-phase systems and high-power circuitsExperience working with live electrical equipmentUnderstanding of analogue and digital electronicsAbility to read and interpret engineering drawingsGood communication and teamwork skillsHigh attention to detail and quality standardsExcellent problem-solving skillsMechanically minded with practical hands-on abilityFlexibility for international travel to mee the needs of the role.

Technical Author required to join a growing engineering environment, supporting the creation of clear, accurate, and user-friendly maintenance documentation.

The successful Technical Author will be responsible for turning complex technical data into structured, practical work instructions for use by engineers, technicians and shop floor staff.

Main Duties Technical Author

Transform complex maintenance procedures into clear, step-by-step task cards.Ensure strict version control, so teams always work to the latest approved data.Collaborate with technicians on the shop floor to validate usability and practicality.Work with stakeholders to continuously improve documentation quality and accuracy.Produce documentation that supports safe, efficient, and compliant maintenance delivery.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following: Technical Author

A background within a similar role gained within a complex engineering or equivalent environment.Strong ability to interpret and write clear technical instructions.Excellent attention to detail and logical thinking.Strong communication skills (written & verbal).Proficiency with Microsoft Office / GSuite.Ability to build business relationships and deliver structured documentation.

The successful Health and Safety Manager will be responsible for driving high standards, ensuring compliance, and strengthening safety culture across engineering and project delivery teams.

Main Duties: Health and Safety Manager

Provide health and safety leadership across multiple sites across the UKWriting risk assessments and method statements and approving construction phase plans.Conducting site audits and overseeing of corrective actionsLead incident response, investigations, root cause analysis and corrective actions.Maintaining policies and procedures to maintain compliance to ISO 45001 and ISO 14001Delivering health and safety inductions and trainingSupporting with internal audits to maintain ISO9001 compliance

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following: Health and Safety Manager

NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent.Previous experience of auditing to ISO9001 and ISO14001 standards.A background in a similar role ideally gained in a construction, facilities management or engineering or equivalent environment. Ideally across multiple sites.Outstanding communication and leadership skills will the ability to influence and make changes.Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel to meet the needs of the business
