Working hours: 37 hours per week Monday to Friday Monday to Thursday 08:15 to 16:45
Friday 08:15 to 13:15
Salary: dependent on experience
We are now seeking to recruit HR Administrator for an engineering manufacturing company based in Lincoln. The appropriate candidate would be working alongside Senior HR Administrator supporting them with recruitment and an onboarding process.
Responsibilities:
Maintain personnel records, including preparing and amending HR documentation where necessary, this may include, but isn’t limited to; employment contracts and training records.
Oversee Occupational Health – annual checks, health referrals, ensuring eye testing is up to date,
Oversee the offboarding process, and support in the recruitment and onboarding process
General office administration
Recruitment including, advertising, arranging interviews, job offers, contracts and induction, Liaising with employment agencies
Reception duties – dealing with site visitors and handling internal/external calls
Expectations:
Excellent attention to detail is essential
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to form working relationships with people at all levels
Computer literate, understanding of Word and Excel software packages
Typing – particularly when taking minutes of meetings for Disciplinary, Grievance, Union etc.
English language and Maths to GCSE Grade C or above
General administration experience
Being pro-active
Possess strong organisational and time management skills
