Working hours:

Panama Shift - Rotating Days and Nights  - Red = Days off

Week 1 - Mon Tue Wed Thu Fri Sat Sun  - 5 shifts

Week 2 - Mon Tue Wed Thu Fri Sat Sun - 2 shifts 

We’re looking for a Trainee Machine Setter to join our clients manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity to work in a busy, supportive environment where you’ll help keep production lines running smoothly and producing high-quality products. This role will offer training programme and fast salary progression.

Role Overview – Trinee Machine Setter

As a Trainee Machine Setter, you’ll set up and run two or three production lines during your shift, making sure they meet our company’s targets for efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities – Trainee Machine Setter

  • Keep production lines running with minimal downtime, producing as many good-quality plastic bottles.
  • Putting plastic pellets inside of the machines
  • Change the moulds
  • Carry out visual inspection
  • Look after tools and machines to keep them in good condition and report any problems.

 

Key Experience & Qualifications – Trinee Machine Setter

  • Experience or desire of running production lines, ideally with blow moulding machines.
  • Able to complete accurate shift reports.
  • Commitment to following safety and hygiene rules.
  • Drive to learn new skills
  • Mechanical apprenticeship is desirable
