Position: CNC Turner

Location: Cheltenham

Position: permanent

Salary: ££36,434 per annum

Working hours: 38 per week Monday to Thursday 02:00 pm to 11:30 pm

We are now seeking to recruit CNC setter to set and operate CNC lathes machines for a busy company based in Cheltenham. This is a permanent position for CNC setter

Responsibilities:

  • Following technical drawing setting and operating CNC turning machine with Fanuc controls
  • Machining precision parts to tight tolerances
  • CNC Machinist must be able to set and operate a machine under no supervision
  • Measuring, adjusting, and maintaining tight tolerances

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in setting and operating lathes/ turning machines
  • Working with engineering drawings
  • Previous experience if using Quality inspection tools used such as verniers, callipers and micrometres.
  • Ability to work permanent PM shift
