Engineering Change Manager required by leading engineering company, based in Cheltenham. The successful candidate will lead and motivate a team of engineering administrators, ensuring that engineering change requests are completed accurately.

Main Duties: Engineering Change Manager

  • Overseeing a team of engineering administrators and using KPIs to monitor their performance.
  • Distribution of workload across the team and delegation of tasks.
  • Carrying out appraisals and reviews for the team.
  • Providing electronic access to engineering drawings and documentation.
  • Managing the maintenance for bills of materials on the ERP system.
  • Managing the process for processing engineering change requests across the business.
  • Acting as a point of contact for the department and liaising with suppliers and customers.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following: Engineering Change Manger

  • Previous experience of leading and managing a team.
  • A background within a similar role in data management or document control.
  • Proficient with Microsoft office and ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
