Qualifications & Requirements - CNC Milling Proven experience in setting and operating CNC milling machines, specifically routers and milling centres.Completed a relevant apprenticeship in engineering or hold a minimum of Level 3 NVQ or City & Guilds in a related field (desirable).Hands-on experience producing precision components from composite materials, aluminium, and plastics.Confident and independent operation of Fanuc/Haas-controlled machines.Ability to load and edit NC programs on the machine control.Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings.Strong understanding of M and G codes used in CNC programming.Knowledge of basic measurement principles and quality control standards.Ability to complete quality documentation and effectively communicate with supervisors and quality control teams.Familiarity with Health & Safety standards and a proactive approach to maintaining a safe working environment.
