Job Title: HVAC EngineerLocation: MiddlesexPay Range/details: £47,752.38 per annumContract Type: Permanent Omega are supporting a leading facilities management provider in the recruitment of a HAVC Engineer to work on a major UK supermarket contract. As an HVAC Engineer, you will play a vital role in carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across multiple retail stores, ensuring the smooth operation of commercial heating systems and air conditioning units. Key Responsibilities - HVAC Engineer Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance across several sites.?Service and repair a range of mechanical equipment, e.g. boilers, fans, pumps, AHU's, FCU's.Carry out minor alterations and installations within the individual's technical competence in accordance with current specifications.Order spares to the laid-down procedures.Identify non-repairable faults in plant and machinery and promptly advise the HVAC supervisor of findings, with recommendations regarding suitable replacement.Flexible to be part of the 24/7 on-call rota every 1:4 weeks  Qualifications & Requirements - HVAC Engineer SVQ/NVQ Level 3 within Heating/Ventilation/Mechanical / HVAC or Equivalent Qualification.ACS Commercial Gas Qualifications COCN, CIGA, CORT, ICPN, CDGA, TPCP1/1A as a minimum.ACS Domestic Gas Qualifications CCN, CENWAT, CPA as a minimum.City and Guilds 2079-1 F Gas Category 1.City and Guilds 7671 18th Edition.  What we can offer - HVAC Engineer 33 Days Holiday (Inc.
