The role also involves supporting installations, overhauls, and retrofits of machinery, as well as chamber machine servicing and repairs. This position plays a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction, promoting aftersales products, and ensuring optimal equipment performance.Key Responsibilities – Field Service Technician To carry out scheduled maintenance in line with the agreed customer service contract.To develop existing service contracts to increase revenue/spares stock/OEE/consumables.To prepare reports of work undertaken for use within the company or for the customer.To advise on and promote aftersales products offered by the service department.To act in an advisory capacity with regard to customers spare parts holdings requirements.To maintain and develop customer relationships.To carry out any special tasks as reasonably requested by the Field Service Manager.
