Job Role – Sales Coordinator

Reporting the Sales Desk Team Leader the Sales Coordinator shall be responsible for all customer service functions, including communication, processing quotes and orders per customer requirements, identifying and recommending solutions for customer applications, problem-solving for the customer, tracking orders, and following up with internal and external customers.

Duties – Sales Coordinator

• Understand and communicate complex and technical solutions for our customers.
• Answer phones and emails to take orders and process quotes, utilising the SAP ERP system.
• Communicate with customers via phone and email with all aspects of their account and orders.
• Assist customers with questions and problems to provide them with the best solutions.
• Review technical drawings to determine the correct solution that best serves the customer.
• Checking all details of customer orders to ensure high quality and accuracy.
• Provide support to co-workers, outside sales engineers, designers, and outside distributors

Experience/Qualifications – Sales Coordinator

• Technical engineering or manufacturing background
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings desirable.

Candidates who are currently a Technical Support Coordinator, Applications Coordinator, Sales Coordinator, Customer Service Coordinator, Technical Coordinator, Technical Administrator, Inside Sales Coordinator, Inside Sales Engineer and Applications Engineer could be suitable for this role.
