Electrical Assembler required by successful and growing manufacturing company, based in North Somerset. The successful Electrical Assembler will be responsible for assembling and wiring electrical assemblies and sub-assemblies to industry and quality standards.

Main Duties: Electrical Assembler

  • Working from engineering drawings.
  • Preparing and checking kits for assembly.
  • Assembling and wiring electrical assemblies.
  • Cable and loom assembly.
  • Wiring, Soldering, Crimping, Stripping wires.
  • Use of hand tools and power tools.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • The ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings.
  • Experience of electrical assembling and wiring.
  • Previous experience of mechanical assembly and use of hand tools.
  • Electrical component knowledge.
  • The ability to work own initiative and with minimal supervision.
