I have over 13 years of experience working within Careers, Employment and Recruitment Services, since joining Omega back in April 2017 I have built and delivered powerful and impactful recruitment solutions to various Engineering and Manufacturing businesses across the UK. Throughout my career, I have supported well over 1,000 people into new and progressive career opportunities ranging from Long Term Unemployed, Work Experience Students, School leavers, Apprentices, Graduates, Blue Collar, White Collar and Senior Management level candidates.

I am very passionate about supporting candidates into the right job match and career development opportunities. Prior to joining Omega, I worked as a Job Coach and Careers Counsellor for DWP and other Training Providers.
