Leading the Delivery and Recruitment Teams across Omega, overseeing all recruitment operations, performance, and service delivery within our specialist Engineering and Manufacturing Division. My focus is on ensuring our teams consistently provide a high‑quality, efficient, and expert-led recruitment service to our clients.

Experience & Background:

I joined Omega straight after graduating from university, beginning my career as a Trainee Recruiter. Since then, I’ve progressed through a variety of roles across the business, gaining extensive exposure to multiple industries and talent markets. This breadth of experience has shaped my approach to leading our delivery functions, ensuring our teams are aligned, well-supported, and equipped to excel.

Now as Business Director, I’m responsible for guiding the division’s strategic direction, developing our delivery capability, and ensuring we maintain the high standards and results Omega is known for.

Outside of work, I have a strong passion for sport particularly football, cricket, and golf. I also enjoy family days out and spending quality time with my family.

Due to my parents’ military careers, I was actually born in Norway.
