Support communication with use of defined tools e.g. plan, do, check, act, Ishikawa, 5-why, 8D etc.Understand customer needs, specification & expectations as defined by Customer technical Services.Ensure all product specifications are clearly understood.Support the continual improvement of processes & products to ensure Customer Requirements are met.Quality Control Planning by ensuring all main product families have dedicated control plans.
