Experience & Background
Before joining Omega, I studied in both Poland and the USA, earning a master’s degree in business. Since relocating to the UK, I have dedicated my career to recruitment — working across UK and international markets and developing strong account management capabilities. Over two decades, I’ve developed a reputation for reliability, precision, and the ability to deliver high‑pressure recruitment campaigns where timing and accuracy are crucial.
One of my proudest achievements includes leading major recruitment programmes, such as sourcing over 160 offshore contractors and supporting more than 100 hires for large engineering and modular construction projects. I’ve also successfully delivered complex international recruitment campaigns spanning multiple countries, consistently meeting demanding targets and tight deadlines — often succeeding where others could not.

Mission
