Before joining Omega, I studied in Poland and the USA, earning a Master’s Degree in Business. Since moving to the UK, I’ve built a career in recruitment, working across UK and international markets. I bring strong account management skills and a proven track record of supporting large-scale and highly technical projects.


One of my proudest achievements has been managing major recruitment campaigns, including sourcing over 160 offshore contractors and supporting more than 100 hires for engineering and modular construction projects. I’ve also delivered complex international recruitment programmes across multiple countries, consistently meeting tight deadlines and challenging targets where others had failed.
