This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in ensuring smooth production, tool changes, and machine set-ups within a modern cleanroom and moulding facility.Key Responsibilities – Injection Moulding Setter – Night Shift
Carry out tool changes, machine set-ups, purging and adjustments with minimum downtime.Optimise production cycles, ensuring target times and quality standards are met.Set and maintain ancillary equipment including conveyors, mould heaters, and dosers.Support production teams by identifying and resolving moulding/tooling issues.Ensure line clearance, material batch traceability, and high standards of housekeeping.Perform basic maintenance tasks on moulding machines and related equipment.Actively contribute to continuous improvement and process optimisation.
Qualifications & Requirements – Injection Moulding Setter – Night Shift
Experienced in injection moulding with practical machine setting skills.Apprenticeship, training, or equivalent background in plastics, moulding, or manufacturing.Able to read and work from setting sheets and use inspection tools.Flexible, organised, and capable of managing multiple priorities.Previous experience in medical device manufacturing or cleanroom environments (advantageous but not essential).Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across teams.
