Job Title: Senior Electronics Systems Engineer Location: Fareham Salary: Competitive Contract Type: PermanentMy client is global leading engineering and manufacturing business located in the Fareham area currently looking to bring in a Systems Engineer to join the engineering team and be a key player in the implement of structure engineering solutions within the aerospace and defence sector.The role will be working on avionic systems carrying work on electronic emebedded systems.Key Responsibilities – Senior Electronics Systems Engineer
Capture and define requirements through a disciplined and rigorous approach to requirements engineering, asking challenging questions to ensure a clear understanding.Develop and implement systems engineering solutions, including detailed design, modelling, performance optimization, and technical reviews.Plan and document system verification processes such as simulations, analyses, system tests, unit tests, component tests, integration tests, regression tests, stress tests, acceptance tests, qualification tests, and flight tests as appropriate.Create work products that meet all technical and quality requirements by following robust configuration control, review, and change management processes.Assist in preparing plans, estimates, task lists, and risk management plans to support program objectives, project estimates, and bids.Collaborate with customers, other engineering disciplines, and internal departments throughout the development process, customer premises as required.Perform internal project activities and coordinate with external subcontractors, maintaining a positive and goal-oriented attitude.Contribute to continual process improvement, supporting the company’s business and strategic objectives.Undertake any other engineering-related tasks as necessary.
