Arun Picton

​Arun is one of Omega's most recent additions, joining the Technical Engineering division as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. He has extensive sales and customer service experience and has spent the last two years working as a Sales Manager where he was responsible for the business sales plan and general day-to-day processes. Arun has always been passionate about providing world-class service and particularly enjoys building strong relationships with clients and customers alike, which alongside the desire to develop his current skillset and wanting a new challenge, is why he chose recruitment.

​In his spare time Arun enjoys being active and keeping fit - golf and football being his favourite hobbies.
