With over 23 years at Omega, I’ve gained extensive experience across compliance, administration, operations, events, payroll, and quality. This hands‑on journey through the business has given me a deep understanding of how Omega operates and how each function contributes to our success. I thrive in the fast‑paced world of recruitment and take real pride in supporting the growth of our people there’s nothing more rewarding than seeing someone achieve their goals and progress in their career.

You might be surprised to learn:

I’m a mum of two teenage boys, which means much of my spare time is spent standing on the sidelines of football pitches in all weather and I genuinely love cheering them on. I also enjoy cooking and baking; being coeliac, I’ve made it a mission to make gluten‑free food taste anything but bland. And most recently, our family has grown to include Lottie, our Jack Russell dog, who has quickly decided she’s an honorary member of the Omega team.
