Experience & Background
Over the past 20+ years at Omega, I have worked in compliance, administration, operations, events, payroll and quality, so I kind of feel I have a good understanding of our business and how it operates. I love the fast-paced environment of working in recruitment, especially seeing growth of our teams, nothing beats than seeing someone achieve their personal targets and moving up the ladder.
You might be surprised to learn
Well, I am a mum of two boys (well 3 if you include my husband!) which has now meant that I spend my spare time on the side of a football pitch in all weather, but I love supporting them in their passion. I like to cook & bake, being coeliac I like to find ways to make gluten free food taste less like cardboard! More recently we have grown our family to include our little Lottie, a Jack Russell puppy that now considers herself part of the Omega team.
