Founded by those who have lived through the tragedy of suicide, Sunflowers ensures no one must face loss alone. From one-to-one support to bereavement counselling, peer groups, and creative healing workshops, they provide a vital lifeline for those navigating unimaginable grief.
In the past year alone:

<li>550 counselling sessions were delivered to reduce wait times for those in crisis.</li>
<li>104 people were trained in suicide intervention skills.</li>

<li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list: l2 level1 lfo1; tab-stops: list 36.0pt;">Higher Employer NICs Rate &ndash; The secondary Class 1 NICs rate will rise from 13.8% to 15%, increasing payroll costs.</li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list: l2 level1 lfo1; tab-stops: list 36.0pt;">Enhanced Employment Allowance &ndash; To support businesses, the Employment Allowance will increase from &pound;5,000 to &pound;10,500. Additionally, businesses with NICs liabilities over &pound;100,000 will now be able to claim the allowance, making it accessible to more organisations.</li>

Who Will Be Affected?
This measure is expected to impact around 1.2 million employers across the UK:

One of the standout reforms is the enhanced protection for new mothers. The new legislation makes it unlawful to dismiss a woman who has had a baby within six months of her return to work, except in specific circumstances. Flexible working will be established as the default from day one, allowing employees to better balance their professional and personal lives. This reform reflects a growing recognition of the importance of flexible work arrangements in today&rsquo;s society.
6. Repeal of the Strikes (Minimum Service Levels) Act
The Strikes (Minimum Service Levels) Act, which allowed employers to mandate that some employees continue working during strikes, will be repealed. This change is designed to restore power to trade unions and enhance their ability to negotiate on behalf of workers.
7. Creation of the Fair Work Agency
