Your Role: Engineering Projects & Reliability Lead
As an Engineering Projects & Reliability Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in boosting our engineering and operational efficiency through cutting-edge projects.
You will:
- Lead CAPEX and reliability-focused projects to improve machine performance and reduce downtime
- Deliver continuous improvement strategies using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen methodologies
- Analyze maintenance data and develop KPIs to enhance equipment reliability
- Provide technical engineering support for troubleshooting and optimizing processes
- Manage the full lifecycle of engineering projects, from design to installation and commissioning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
- Spearhead the maintenance reliability plan and ensure compliance with engineering standards
What We’re Looking For: Engineering Projects & Reliability Lead
- Engineering degree or equivalent (HNC/NVQ Level 3)
- Experience in FMCG or fast-paced manufacturing environments
- Proficiency in Lean/Continuous Improvement methodologies
- Proven track record in managing engineering projects and reliability improvement initiatives
- Ability to analyse data and develop actionable insights for performance improvement.
- Knowledge of engineering standards, project management tools, and process optimization
Bonus Skills:
- Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification
- Project management certification (PRINCE2 or similar)
